Design & Delivery
We will send you a digital proof of your design for approval within 7 days of receiving your personalisation details. If you submit these during checkout on our website, this time frame begins from the date your order is placed.
Once your design has been approved, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. While many orders are completed sooner, we recommend allowing the full-timeframe to accommodate printing and production.
A little tip: If you would love to see the design in person before ordering, you can purchase a sample through our website or visit us at our next wedding fair.

Please allow up to 4 weeks from final approval for your order to be delivered (many orders are completed quicker than this however, to allow for different scenarios, printing may result in a longer lead time).
