Timelines & Process
Save The Dates
- Typically sent 12-18 months before the wedding
- Order 2-3 weeks before sending
Before The Day Stationery
- Typically sent 6-9 months before the wedding
- Order 4-6 weeks before sending
On The Day Stationery
- Order at least 8 weeks before the wedding day
After your order is placed, we will send a digital copy of your design to you to approve within 7 days of receiving your personalisation file (if submitted via our website when paying, this will apply from the date your order is placed). Please allow up to 4 weeks from final approval for your order to be delivered (many orders are completed quicker than this however, to allow for different scenarios, printing may result in a longer lead time).
Customisation Options
Whilst we’ve chosen certain information for each piece, wording and layout can be adjusted to suit.
Are Envelopes Included?
As standard, our envelopes are included in the price with Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVP Cards and Thank You Cards.
Guest Names & Addresses
We can offer both ‘guest name printing’ on your invitations as well as ‘guest address printing’ on the outer envelopes. This can be added to your order in the section Finishing Touches.
Proofing & Production
All orders are created digitally for review and approval. Proofs take up to 3 working
days to create. We allow for up to 2 rounds of changes before final approval. Once approved and signed off, we can begin production where a maximum of 4 weeks is allocated to the process.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped to the address stated during ordering. We will use Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Samples
Samples are encouraged to ensure you are happy with the paper quality before ordering.
