We will send you a digital proof for approval within 7 days of receiving your personalisation details. If submitted during checkout, this time frame begins from the date your order is placed.
Following final approval, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, although many orders are completed sooner.
A little tip: If you would like to see the design before ordering, you can purchase a sample through our website or visit us at our next wedding fair.

We will send a digital copy of your design to you to approve within 7 days of receiving your personalisation file (if submitted via our website when paying, this will apply from the date your order is placed). Please allow up to 4 weeks from final approval for your order to be delivered (many orders are completed quicker than this however, to allow for different scenarios, printing may result in a longer lead time).
